With your Theory Test Pass Certificate you can apply for your PRACTICAL TEST.
The fee is £62 and waiting times, depending on test centre 4-8 weeks approx.

On the day of your practical driving test you will need to bring both parts of your provisional driving licence and your theory test pass certificate.
You will also need to provide an appropriately licensed car, displaying L plates and suitable for the purposes of the test. The vehicle should be covered by insurance for the purpose of the driving test. It must have a seat belt and an integral head restraint (both in working order) fitted to the front passenger seat and there must be an adjustable inetrior mirror for the use of the examiner. The front passenger seat must provide all round vision for the examiner(1). If you want to bring your own car for the test, make sure that all the above are in place and that your vehicle is not a subject to a recall.
You will be asked two Show me - Tell me (available to download here) questions to prove that you have basic car maintenance knowledge and then will drive a car for about 38-40 minutes on different types of roads and different traffic situations.
You will be assessed on how safe a driver you are.
You can commit 15 minor driving faults. and they will be registered on a DL25 form.
At the end of the test you will be announced your result and offered an explanation.
If you have passed your driving test you can start driving unaccompanied.
